About Us

Who we are?

A Dream Centre is a place where healing, growth, and transformation come together. It is a space designed to support the whole person - mind, body, and soul - through a combination of evidence-based practices and holistic therapies. Whether you are seeking to reduce stress, improve your mental wellbeing, reconnect with yourself, or simply find a moment of peace, Dream Centre offers a safe, welcoming environment where you can pause, breathe, heal, and grow. Through breathwork, bodywork, energy work, education, and community, we empower people to reconnect with their inner strength, discover their purpose, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside - dreams; who looks inside - awakes."

Carl Gustav Jung

Meet Your Instructors

Alina Otgon-Gonta

Alina is the Founder and Director of Dream Centre, a space dedicated to personal growth, wellbeing, and meaningful connection.

With a background in medicine and training as a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) practitioner, Alina brings together evidence-based knowledge and holistic approaches to support the wellbeing of others. Her work is further enriched by training in bodywork, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and sound healing.

Passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, Alina creates safe, supportive environments where individuals can explore self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate greater balance in their lives.

Through workshops, group experiences, and one-to-one sessions, her intention is to empower others to reconnect with their inner resources, discover their strengths, and move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Emer Kerr

Emer is a professional massage therapist with a strong focus on the connection between body and mind. With a background in beauty therapy and years of experience working closely with people, she is passionate about supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Her holistic approach combines therapeutic touch, relaxation, personalised care, and energy work to help clients reduce stress, ease tension, and restore balance. Recognising that emotional and mental wellbeing can often be reflected within the body, Emer works intuitively to support the whole person rather than focusing solely on physical symptoms.

Through massage therapy and holistic energy-based practices, she helps clients reconnect with themselves, release stored tension, and create a greater sense of harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Emer is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where individuals can prioritise their wellbeing, deepen their self-awareness, and cultivate lasting balance in their lives.
